Tabhold is software delivered digitally. After purchase or trial signup you receive access instructions by email (and/or on-screen). There is no physical shipping, no return shipping, and no restocking fee.
You may cancel a Pro membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro benefits through the end of the paid (or trial) period already started. Free local Hold & Restore continue to work on your device.
During an unused free trial: Cancel before the trial ends — you are not charged; no refund needed.
First paid month: If Tabhold Pro is materially not as described, email support within 7 days of the first charge for a refund review. Include your purchase email.
After the first paid month: Fees are generally non-refundable for the current period; cancel to stop the next charge. We may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion for extended outages we caused.
Chargebacks: Please contact us first so we can fix billing issues quickly.
If a renewal payment fails, Pro features may lock after the grace period your processor allows. Your local workspace data on your computer is not deleted by us for a failed payment.
